INTEGRITY|​​​​​​​​​​turf  offers two outstanding residential maintenance programs which insure that our customers' landscape investment is properly maintained.  Our goal is to maintain the INTEGRITY, value, and condition of your property while maximizing curb appeal and keeping it in peak condition all year long.

 ​​We're all about convenience for the customer too, especially when it comes to billing...We simply send out one invoice on or around the 20th of each month.  It has a tear-off portion at the bottom that can accompany your payment back to us on or around the 1st of the following month, or you can pay online!  We are persuaded that a yearly service is best for all parties involved.  We take the total for services provided over the normal growth season and divide it up over a 12 month period rather than just 8 months.  This allows for a smaller monthly payment for the customer, continued monthly service throughout the year even during the "off" season, the convenience of not having to make "that call" to look for your last landscaper, and it keeps us paid evenly all months of the year for our family's and employees best interest.

​​The first and most requested program we offer is the PREMIUM Program which is designed to meet the needs of a customer who wants full scale curbside appeal.

The PREMIUM Program includes:

 

• ​​​​Lawn Mowing (at the proper & recommended heights for each turf type with regularly sharpened blades)

• Hardline Edging (generally sidewalks, curbs, driveways, patios, etc)

• Bedlining (this is edging where beds meet the grass edge)

• String Trimming (commonly known as "weedeating")

• ​Litter Removal (small trash clean-up)

• ​Blowing (generally all hardscapes & decks)

• Bedding Weed Control (includes spraying or pulling as needed)

• Fall Leaf Blowing (includes light leaf removal as needed)

• Tree and Shrub Trimming (including light seasonal pruning).​

• ​Continued Analysis & Overall Inspections​ of the property       ​

​The second and more basic program we offer is the STANDARD Program​ which is designed to meet the needs of a customer who just desires the normal weekly or biweekly maintenance provided to their lawn.  This program is great for regularly maintaining general curbside appeal.

The STANDARD Program includes:
